Matters related to health insurance cash benefits (sickness benefit, infant care fee, child care fee, adoption fee, accident sickness benefit) are handled at the customer service departments of the government offices having competence based on the registered office of the employer/individual entrepreneur/licensed agricultural traditional small-scale producer, while matters related to travel reimbursement support and one-time assistance are handled at the customer service departments of the government offices having competence based on place of residence.

Matters related to pension insurance:

Matters related to pension insurance not affecting matters belonging to the Pension Payment Directorate may be handled in person at the customer service departments of the government offices having competence based on the client’s place of residence or place of stay.
